In contrast, if your feet are cold, your uterus is said to be cold. A cold uterus reflects poor blood circulation, which studies show can significantly decrease your chances of getting pregnant. Here are some symptoms that you may experience if you have a cold uterus:
- Cold hands and feet
- Blood clots during menstruation
- Menstrual cramps
- Low progesterone
- Frequent urination during the night
- Low libido
- Short luteal phase (10 days or less)
Here are my favorite ways to keep those feet warm:
- Always wear thick socks, even when sleeping
- Wear socks AND slippers around the house when the floors are cold
- Use a warm water bottle on the feet when they feel cold
