INGREDIENTS:
• 2 bananas, peel, slice and freeze overnight
• 2 tablespoons almond butter
• 1 tablespoon cacao powder
• Stevia, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blender or food processor, add the frozen bananas and blend for about 10 seconds to lightly break apart.
2. Add the almond butter, cacao powder and stevia and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
4. Optional: top with dark chocolate chips or nuts.
Note: If needed, add a small amount of unsweetened almond milk to create a smooth texture.
Makes 2 servings.
